MDR Free Trial – Terms & Conditions

1) Each organisation is entitled to one round of the MDR Free Trial for a maximum of one month.

2) Each round of the MDR Free Trial is limited to 20 endpoints and below.

3) Eligibility: Participation in the webinar and acceptance of these terms and conditions constitute eligibility for the free MDR service.

4) Service Duration: The free MDR service will be provided for a maximum of one-month duration.

5) Scope of Service: The MDR service includes monitoring and analysing security events on the participant’s network, threat detection, incident response, and remediation recommendations.

6) Limitations: The free MDR service may have limitations in terms of the number of devices or endpoints covered, the frequency of monitoring, and the types of security threats addressed. The maximum is 20 endpoints.

7) Consent for Monitoring: Participants consent to the monitoring of their network and security events by the MDR service provider for the duration of the free service.

8) Data Privacy: The MDR service provider will handle participant data following applicable data protection laws and regulations. Participant data will be used solely to provide the MDR service and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9) Termination: The MDR service provider reserves the right to terminate the free service at any time if participants violate these terms and conditions or engage in any activity that compromises the security of the service.

10) No Warranty: The MDR service is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. The MDR service provider does not guarantee the detection or prevention of all security threats.

11) Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MDR service provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their use of the free service.

12) Contact Information: Participants may contact the MDR service provider for any inquiries or support related to the free service.

13) Additional Clauses: The MDR service provider reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any clauses in these terms and conditions at its discretion. Participants will be informed of any changes, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
